Jenn Wilson has led compliance at EverChain since 2014 and is one of the most experienced compliance executives in the receivables industry. She oversees the company’s Compliance, Legal, and Government Affairs programs, ensuring that every transaction on the EverChain platform meets the highest standards of regulatory oversight and consumer protection.

Before joining EverChain, Jenn held senior compliance roles at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau and led regulatory and operational risk programs across large recovery networks. She holds certifications as a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP), Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO), and Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM IV). Her team actively monitors EverChain’s entire network in real time, providing clients with best-in-class visibility and protection.
